Thank you for visiting my personal blog. All my recipes have been tried and tested in my kitchen. I welcome your feedback and happy to answer any queries…. I usually post once a day.
I live on a little dream island in the heart of the Mediterranean where food is naturally abundant, where the sun shines everyday and brings out the best flavors in everything. After graduating from Culinary School, i worked at a number of restaurants and in 5 star hotels. I like to use fresh locally sourced ingredients in traditional recipes with a bit of a twist. I believe in freshly cut where possible, from the tree straight into the pan. This makes a huge difference and retains the natural flavors as they are meant to be.
I specialize in developing recipes and I am currently working on a line of jams, chutneys, preserves and gourmet foods using local fresh fruit and Mediterranean produce.
