I live on a little dream island in the heart of the Mediterranean where food is naturally abundant, where the sun shines everyday and brings out the best flavors in everything. I like to use fresh locally sourced ingredients in traditional recipes with a bit of a twist. I believe in freshly cut where possible, from the tree straight into the pan with as little manipulation as possible. This makes a huge difference and retains the natural flavors as they are meant to be.
I specialize in developing recipes and I am currently working on a line of jams, chutneys, preserves and gourmet foods using local fresh fruit and Mediterranean produce.
